Ways to improve conceptual aspects of balancing the budget

The aim of the present article is to analyze the various concepts, techniques and procedures applied in different periods Wooden Blocks by different countries in order to balance state budget.There are analyzed positive parts and deficiencies at Adapters legislative level of different concepts concerning budgetary balance and as a result are developed a series of measures that aim to balance the budget of Moldova.
